A man drinking coffee and reading deeply

Coffee & A Great Book

It’s morning now. I’ve just turned on my espresso machine and I’m holding Sophie’s World in my hands. The air is cooling down outside, just a little, and I can feel that fall tingle on my skin.

There’s something great about starting the day with coffee and a book. It’s nice having a ritual that I look forward to each day, one that makes me happy and gets me ready for the “officious” people spoken of in Meditations by Aurelius.

While I wait in anticipation for my coffee, I’m going to get started on my book. I can already tell that today is going to be a great day.

Until tomorrow, read slowly – take notes – apply the ideas.
