Alright, coffee friends, don’t judge me. I’m new to this coffee thing since I left the Mormon church last September, so I’m trying to catch up. Here’s what I know so far: coffee is great (unless it’s not). Sometimes it’s really bad. The more I’ve learned about it, the more I’ve fallen in love with it, and now I have an espresso machine in my reading room. It’s quite the treat. This book is one of my new favorite books because it demystifies coffee, is beautifully written and photographed, and is the love project of Mr. Coffee himself, James Hoffmann. If you love waking up to the perfect cup like I’ve come to discover, this book is a must.
