I know that I would not have read my books with such depth and desire to learn had I not taken this challenge course. I’ve been practicing letting go of things and people I can’t control, finding this to be a behavior I need often. This self awareness is signifiant. And, the Let Me, element of the Theory is particularly powerful because the writer gives specific behaviors a person can do to help with self-discipline. I’ve had that particular book for several months and had “been meaning” to read it. Don’t know if I ever would have read it with the mind set to Read Slowly, Take Notes and Apply the Ideas. I’m grateful for what I’m learning in the consistent reading of all my books. I don’t read first thing in the morning yet, I read daily at about the same time at night. It still fills my cup, and I am consciously aware of that good outcome!
