The Reader’s Question

Readers ask this question every day: How will I invest my mental energy?

I recognize how fortunate I am to be alive and to have the ability to choose how I spend my mental energy. I understand that it is a finite resource, and if I am not mindful, I can easily waste it on things that add no value to my life. I also accept that my mental energy is mine to manage today. I cannot hold others responsible for how I choose to spend it or for the results of my decisions.

My mental energy is mine to invest or waste today. So, what’s next?

Until tomorrow, read slowly – take notes – apply the ideas.
