30 Minutes of Reading Adds Up

If you spend 30 minutes reading today, depending on the material, you’ll read about 15 to 30 pages of a book. Let’s assume 15 because I teach the importance of reading slowly. At the end of the month, you’ll have read 450 pages.

That’s a lot.

And that’s the trick to reading many books. All you have to do is set aside 30 minutes of quality reading time. And yes, you have 30 minutes every day. You might lie to yourself, saying you’re too busy, but you know you have it. The average American is clocking in almost 4.6 hours of time on the phone each day (U.S.: Mobile Phone Daily Usage). Perhaps you can spare just 30 minutes for some focused reading time.

You’ll be glad you did.

Until tomorrow, read slowly – take notes – apply the ideas.
