  1. A couple of days ago I got off track with reading because I did not follow my usual reading routine. I started reading the news BEFORE I read my Focused Book Challenge book; usually I read my book for this reading challenge first. So, what happened was I started going down news rabbit holes and a lot of wasted time went by. When I got to my reading Challenge book, I was tired and my eyes were really tired. Lesson learned-keep the sequence of my reading with the Challenge book first.
    Reading 60 minutes of my book. Using a timer, which is new to me and I really like it.
