  1. I have been able to push through the dip and continued to focus on my reading. My only issue was being caught up in this week’s news but was able to complete my reading at night

  2. I really don’t feel like I’m in the Dip. Like I stated on Day 7, I have been delaying my reading until the later evening, which today I’ll read in the early evening. I’ve experienced many Dips whenever I start something new, so I know what you’re talking about. I’m notorious for dropping things once I get going on something. This reading habit challenge has a different vibe to me. I truly want to be a good reader and consistent one. I believe the benefits of reading could really help with my lacking in comprehension moments. I want to be more knowledgeable, I want to learn more about history and remarkable people, places, and nature, I want to learn to use my imagination and enjoy fiction. Lastly, I believe that reading is a great exercise and practice for the brain and helps to retain cognitive function with the aging brain.
